We have apps available on iOS™ and Apple TV™ devices. 

The iOS™ app and browser player can also be connected to any Chromecast device. 

How do I upgrade or cancel my subscription?

You can modify your membership anytime.
After
logging in, go to “My Account” > “Billing” > “Change Plan”

When do I get charged for Eternal Family?

You will be automatically charged on the same day every month on a monthly plan
and on the same day every year on an annual plan.

Where can I access Eternal Family?

Our service is available worldwide, there are no geo-restrictions in place.
